Pre-Design Studies

Developing and agreeing on core engineering and process solutions based on customer requirements and initial (input) data. This stage defines optimal parameters, ensures efficiency and safety, and minimizes the risk of costly changes later in the project.Feasibility Study (Investment Justification according to GOST R 58917-2021)
Preparing documentation that combines technical and financial analysis to justify the investment. This includes evaluating technical solutions, payback periods, risks, and overall project viability, giving customers a solid basis for decision-making.Project Design Documentation Development
Developing design solutions across all engineering and process disciplines in accordance with Russian Government Resolution No. 87 “On the Composition of the Project Design Documentation Sections”. The project design documentation ensures that all solutions are coordinated, and that the facility is ready for the next stage of detailed engineering.Detailed Design Documentation Development and Procurement Support
Preparing detailed drawings and the full set of required deliverables, including specifications, isometric drawings, material take-offs, cable schedules, and other documents necessary for construction and equipment procurement based on the project design documentation, which successfully underwent the state expert review.Procurement support includes technical assistance to customers in selecting suppliers of materials and equipment.
TIM/BIM Modeling (development of an integrated information model)

Expert Review Support
Guiding project design documentation through the state expert reviews, including the Main State Expert Review (Glavgosexpertiza) and the State Environmental Expert Review, to obtain positive approvals.Providing support for Industrial Safety Expert Review (EPB).
Designer’s Supervision
Monitoring the compliance of construction with the project design documentation and technical solutions, ensuring the quality of work and adherence to regulations, which allows for controlling processes on-site and implementing the project in accordance with the design solutions.
